What is Computer?

We can describe  computer definition  in this way .

A  type of machine that  manage ,controls and show different kinds of programs to for  useful tasks to the users. Computer gives proper response to the users through the set of instructions likes (applications)  arranged in proper order on device . It has capacity of  storage  along with execution benefits. Computers can work on  both complex and simple operations. Based on types of actions,

·         hardware parts

 Computer designs with both software and hardware. Software is a process which  preparing and perform  program through instructions and data.

CPU:

 CPU means (Central Processing Unit )  it  maintains three kinds of activities with several kinds of operations  like store the data and processing the  data. PU is  a major part of central processing unit computer that tells about  to the computer to perform  work in  every time.

Memory:

Memory is most essential part of computer that  use to store data, run  programs and etc. It categorized into some types those   can work at special purpose.

I/P devices:

 In this devices  computer takes data that which is useful  to the computer that  processed data and  provide output from other devices.

O/P devices:

Input devices take data from users and process then  give input to the computers. After process the data of input is made  proper output will release to the users from output devices.

Personal computer:

 PC computer is called personal computer .It maintain the work of  hardware and software components. It can be defined like as a small in which  range up to the limited pounds. It appeared in world  in the year of 1970’s that work with small CPU for programs .It use  RAM and memory chips. It is useful for  word  processing, accounting, desktop, database management applications and etc. Number of home users use this software for entertainment like play games and learn anything from internet easily.

Mini Computer:

 Mini Computer is a type of computer .It is a midsize of  computer useful in work stations that can cover 200 users simultaneously in time duration .

Workstation:

It designs for engineering applications  like (SDLC and various kinds of applications with moderate power and graphic technologies). It generally maintains high storage media capacity along with large RAM. Workstation only work by the UNIX and Linux operating systems. It has several types of storage media that maintain both disk drive workstations  and diskless.

Supercomputer and Mainframe:

Supercomputer is best and fastest computer in world that is very expensive become . It work based on mathematical calculations very fast  so, everything work well with simple procedure. Supercomputers deals with.
